Like the big brother: the Carapax JR. is inspired by the model for adults and promises optimal protection in the terrain for all young mountain bikers. The light weight, maximum head coverage and a long equipment list give it an optimal price/performance ratio. The low weight is due to the in-mould manufacturing, in which the upper shell is thermally connected to the Hi-EPS. This results in a firm surface connection, which is responsible for a very stable construction. The lower edge of the helmet is protected by the additional polycarbonate shell Edge Protect. In addition, the rear and temple section are pulled further down for the highest possible safety on rough trails. This creates an even larger head coverage. Large ventilation openings ensure optimal ventilation, fly screens keep insects away from the head, the shield guarantees optimal protection in the viewing area. With the Run System Classic, which is combined with the height-adjustable custom fit, the bicycle helmet can be adjusted to the head. Optionally, you can use the Carapax JR. retrofit the rear light multi-fit light for better visibility.
